BEYOND THE BEACH - Beachy treasures made from Hood Canal driftwood
My birdhouses are constructed around a pre-made house using drift bark, driftwood, shells, and sequoia cones.  I only use screws to attach the driftwood and pre-drill and nail the cones to the house.  I use NO glue.  Priced at $75
 
I apply a preservative to the exterior although the interior house is water tight except for the sidevent.  The entry hole is    1  1/8" in diameter and there is a clean-out plug in the bottom.   The woodburned designs are free-hand    
Chickadees, Wrens, and Nuthatches love them.
